
So, biggest loser is by far my favorite show ever. I usually watch it while eating dinner, which is funny because it is usually food I shouldn't be eating. I decided this week to go to the gym and watch it. It was fun and it kept my mind off working out. Time went so fast. I have been really enjoying my time at the gym. I use to barely make it through 30 minutes on the elliptical, it was like I had to force myself. Now I can do the elliptical for 1 hour and not just regular I do the cross country that goes from resistance 1 to resistance 16. I am defiantly tired when I am done though. Then I get on the bike for 30 or so minutes. It cracks me up that people dress up to workout. It is like they are trying to pick people up. It makes me laugh. I could care less what I look like at the gym. I am so grateful I have a nice gym to use for free. It is such a blessing to me.

I LOVE biggest loser too. It's very inspiring. I started going to the gym too, but not quite ready for a whole hour on the elliptical. WOw! That's impressive. Keep it up!!!
That is AWESOME!!! I have a hard time watching TV when I work out, I still just get so bored, I'm glad it helps you though! I can't believe you can go on the elliptical that long, that is dang impressive!
I also LOVE the biggest loser. I wish that we had a gym that I could use for free. Well I guess walking around the town is going to have to work for me.

That is such a great idea. What a motivating thing to watch while working out. And it is two hours so you can go and go and go.

I love Biggest Loser but haven't had a chance to watch this season. I find that Yoga helps me relax, in addition to being excellent for stretching after a good cardio. And it's one of the few exercises that you can do right before bed that will let you pass out instead of keep you awake. Keep up the good work.
HAHAHA thats cause you workout at School and EVERYONE is trying to hookup. hahah were lucky we are taken and dont have to worry about that. I LOVE biggest loser too! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! lately Ive been watching jillians show and I love it too!!!
