Alia, Filnals, Abbie in hospital and sickness.

Man it has been a long time since I have been on the blogs st all. Even to look at others blogs. Alia was born about two weeks ago, then the following week I had finals, During that Abigail (Julian's youngest) was admitted into the hospital for having blood in her stool, and I got sicker than a dog (Gotta love those colds) This is little Alia just about an hour after birth. She is such a cute and good baby.

This is a picture of Denise being wheeled out of the c-section surgery room. I think she looks really good.

My mom looking cute as can be. She was able to be with Denise and Mike while Alia was being born.

This is Abigail in her hospital room. Jacob and I went to go see her. She didn't want any of the presents I ought her she just wanted to sit on her uncle Jacob's lap.

She's here!

Alia was born at 6:45 last night. She was 8lbs13ounces, 20 inches long. Denise pushed for two hour and then nothing at all happened so they decided to do c section. It was a good thing, it took two doctors pretty much on top of Denise pushing on her stomach and one pulling on the baby to get her out. She was face up which was bad but she was also stuck. All the pushing kinda wedged her in there. She is a beautiful baby. Very quiet, which surprised me. Also, before she was even an hour old Denise had her breast feeding, which is great. The baby is perfect and Denise did awesome.

Denise went to the hospital at 6am to be induced. At one they broke her water and gave her the epidural. It only worked on one side so they had to do it again. At about 4pm she was a nine, and around five she started pushing. The doctor said that it could take Denise 2 hours of pushing because the baby has to be at a five. The last time she knew it was -2. So first she has to push the baby all the way to the birth canal and then out. Mom thinks Denise is getting a little worried because the on call her doctor told her she doesn't think Denise will be able to push her out, because her pelvis is small and the baby is pretty dang big. Denise's doctor is on vacation, and right now she is wishing she was here. Leaving for the hospital now and will update and post pictures.

Best movie of the year!!!!!!!!!

So, Saturday Jacob , Mom & I went to go see vantage point. Dad wanted to see 10000bc, so he really missed out. Seriously, it is the best movie of the year. Great action and Suspenseful story line. Loved it! A+!!!!!!!!!! Five Stars too *****!

Alia's Due date!

Well, today is March 7th and no baby Alia. Denise went to the doctors on Monday and Dr. Ryley told her that Alia isn't ready and probably wont be until the 15th of the month. She however is a big baby already. They are estimating that she is 8.5 to 9 pounds already. Denise also stopped working on Monday so she is getting kinda bored. I called her tonight and asked her if there was any hope she was going to go into labor tonight and she said, "I can only wish". Who knows when she will come but we are very excited and can't wait. When she is born I will let you all know and post pictures. This is one of my favorite pictures of Denise as a pregnant woman.

I have much *LOVE* for David Archuleta & Homemade Chili!

So, I totally love David Archuleta. It is clearly obvious that he is going to win American Idol. If he doesn't, I will never watch the show again! Well, maybe not ever, I may just skip a season. Any who, he is only 17 and has such an amazing voice. He also seems to be very humble. So now you have it, he has my vote! I also decided to make our "Weight Watcher" chili tonight. I am dead tired of spending $15 a night eating out. Plus it isn't healthy and is not helping us to lose wight. So I decided tonight that I am going make dinner every night, Even if it is at 10pm. I am super excited because it is cooking and smells way good. This is the first time I have used the crock pot and I have had it for 4 years.
