Jayden's Blessing and visiting Julee!

Last weekend Jacob and I drove to Utah so that he could bless his nephew Jayden. While we were in Utah I had the chance to visit an old friend from the home ward Julee. It was so fun to visit and catch up with her. This is the first time I got to spend time with her children and they are so much fun. It was also fun to meet the newest member of the family Sigg. It took me forever to post them because for some reason I couldn't upload things to blogger from my home computer. Madison and Macee showing me their room. They were so silly, they just kept saying "cheese and crackers", but they were out of crackers. How funny.
Julee with her two super cute girls.
Madison and her build a bear.
Sigg, he is a cutie.

Jacob holding Sigg, he loves when he gets a chance to hold a little one. This is the first time either of us held a little one since we left Eugene.

This is Jayden our nephew eating his first solid food. He did so good!

It really wore him out though.
Whitney and Jayden. They are so fun to go visit.

We went to Utah!

A couple of weeks ago we went to Utah to see Jacob's family, also because we had a three day weekend!

This is Jayden our freakin' cute nephew! He is so fun and getting so big, we just love him.

Here is another picture of him. He scooted under the table from his play mat. He just wanted some attention.

This is my super sister in law Whitney. Her and her husband make us an authentic Mexican dinner for our anniversary.
Whitney's husband Robert frying up the shells.
Doesn't it look good. So they had these shells, beef, green salsa, lettuce, avocado and special Mexican cheese. They were the BOMB!
Making the shells together. How romantic! LOL
A picture with me and my dinner. So yummy.

I almost forgot!

How could I close out the day without mentioning the best thing that happened to our family today. Jacob and I welcomed yet another nephew into the family. Jacob's little sister Whitney had a little boy a little after 2pm today (Utah time). I was able to talk to her, she is doing great but super tired.

Welcome Jayden Robert Vizcarra!!!
We can't wait to meet him. We will have to wait until December which is sad but however at the same time great. Jacob is going to be able to bless little Jayden in Utah. We were going to try to go down now, but we are going on a trip with mom and dad in September and we could not afford both. I will post a picture as soon as I figure out how to get it off my phone.

Pray for Papa!

We found out about a week ago that Jacob's Grandpapa avery "Papa" is not doing so well. We already knew that he had a leaky valve in his heart, which is fixable but his health isn't good enough to operate. Last week we found out that his kidney's are failing and he had to have a blood transfusion with two units being "put in". Yesterday Jacob's mom called to tell us that he has Double Pneumonia and was having a hard time breathing. Not more than an hour later she called back and said that they had to rush him to the ER in Tehachapi until they could stabilize him enough for the ambulance trip to Bakersfield. Today I (this is Jacob now) spoke to my mom and she said that Papa is doing better. Dani and I both know that there comes a time in every one's life when it's just time to return from whence we came, we simply hope that this is not the time for my Grandpa. All that we ask is that you all pray that Papa will feel at peace and that it will be the lord's will. These are a few picture of Papa that I wanted to share. This picture is at Sonic in Provo. He is such a silly and funny guy. We had such a good time seeing them and it was so good to get to know him better.

This is of Jacob and Papa at thanksgiving point for Jacob's sister Whitney's wedding. Papa has been more of a father figure for Jacob since his father wasn't always in the picture. He is having a really hard time, especially since we are so far away.

Our two Virginia loves!

I love living here in oregon and being close to the family. Although it makes it hard to be so far away from Jacob's Mom, Sister's and their families. That is the nice thing with the internet, we can get updates and pictures of the little ones. They grow so fast, It is amazing. I loved these pictures and so I thought that I would share them with you. They are of Jacob's sister Charlissa's children. We saw Charlissa last september at Whitney's wedding in Utah when she was pregnent with Abigail. However, we haven't seen Thomas since our wedding two years ago. Getting new pictures is always a bonus. I hope you injoy.
This is Miss Abigail. She is so beautiful, it is so fun to get updates on how she is and also the fun new things she is doing.
Another picture of Abigal sitting up like such a big girl. She is five months now and getting so big.
This isThomas, he is going to be four in August. I loved this picture because it totally shows his personality. He is such a fun kid. His mom was tellig me the other day that he was looking at our engagement picture ( We were on the beach). He asked her why his Aunt Danielle and Uncle Jacob were playing in the dirt? He is such a sweet child and so smart.
This picture pulled at my heart strings. I only hope that when we have children, they will love each other as much as Thomas loves his Abigail. It is times like this that he makes me so proud to be his aunt. Also I like to brag about how amazing he is.

This is a picture with Abigail and her mommy and daddy.

This is a picture of my brother-in-law John and my nephew Thomas the day that Abigail was born. When Thomas saw Abigail for the first time he said, "Abigail, Wake Up!". He is so excited to be a big brother.

Welcome to the family Abigail

This is a picture of Charlissa at the wedding pregnant with Abigail

The newest member of our family was brought into the world a couple of hours ago. Jacob's sister Charlissa had her second baby and first daughter. We saw her just two weeks ago in Utah, it is crazy that she just gave birth. Abigail was 6pounds14ounces and 20 3/4 inches long. It is funny because this is now our second niece named Abigail. Julian my brother has a one year old named Abigail (we call her Abbie). The only question I have for Abigail, since she was just in Heaven is, "How are our children, are they excited to come down here someday, hopefully sometime soon." Anyway, we will post pictures soon of the little beauty.

The wedding and beautiful Bride

Before Jacob moved to Eugene Whitney and him were the best of friends. I got all choked up when she was telling him how much he meant to her. I can't wait until someday when we can live closer to her. We have so much fun. I met her the day before our wedding and only had a few days to get to know her. It was great to be able to spend five days with them.
Robert started crying when he saw Whitney walking down the isle. He is an amazing person and is going to be an awesome husband to my sister. He treats her like the princess that she is. Whitney is so much like me, pretty much she is amazing.

Whitney was walked down the isle by her father and grandfather. It was a beautiful ceremony.

Hanging out with Grandma, Papa and Aunt Donna

So on this trip I met Jacob's Grandpa, Grandma and Aunt Donna. They are wonderful people and we hit it off from the very beginning. They are too cute. Papa is one funny guy. A little background about him, he is not a member of the church. We were driving back to the hotel from the Olive Garden and he said, " This city has no "Dang" stoplights. They probably gave it to the church." The whole truck broke out in laughter. The funny thing is that it is really how he feels. So cute.

On our way

How many people know that 20,000 truckloads of onions are shipped out of Ontario Oregon every season? Oh! You find out when it is written on almost every billboard in the city!

My handsome husband driving through Eastern Oregon and part of Idaho.

Although I don't want to go to school in Oregon I do love the mountains and the trees. It was so beautiful driving through the Oregon forests and mountains.

Finally Home

We had a mad and crazy week in Utah. You won't believe the things we went through. We took many pictures and we got my sister in law married. That's the important thing. I am going to bed because I am falling asleep at the computer. I will post the pictures tomorrow.
