It's snowing!!!

Ever since I was young I remember as soon as it started snowing we would go for a walk. So tonight at 11:45pm mom and I went on a walk. Well Jacob thinks I am crazy because to him it is just snow. I love it though. I may think different once I am in Idaho!

Welcome to the world Elizabeth!!!

My BFF Ashley Teel (Whipple) had her little girl today. Her name is Elizabeth and she is so cute. Ashley is amazing. She was in labor since Thursday and had little Lizzie with no drugs. Both baby and mom are doing great. I took pictures tonight but I will post them tomorrow!

Sorry it has been so long with no posts but we have been busy moving out of our apartment and into my parents for 13 more days until we move to cold snowy Rexburg. I am so super excited and can not wait!

Still alive in seattle!

We arrived to Maple Valley late last night after a fun filled day in Portland. We decided that since Alia wasn't admitted into the hospital we would go visit some friends in Gresham. We saw Kari and Lori (Tripp) and went to olive garden. We went back to Kari's to visit for a bit. In Maple Valley we are staying with our Aunts mom, her name is Ellen and she is so sweet. She loves Alia and Alia loves her. We have had lots of fun visiting. Today we are going to go to the space needle and ride the monorail to pikes market and downtown Seattle. After that we have the viewing for our grandmother and funeral tomorrow. We will post all the pictures when we get back. Until then have an awesome weekend!

We love you Grandma Betty!

So today was not an easy day. Early September we found out that my grandma wasn't doing very well. I took a trip with Julian's family to go visit her. It was a great visit. On Wednesday we found out that she had only a few days left on this earth. All five of us Warren children, dad and Alia left at 2pm yesterday to try to say goodbye. Last night she could hear us but didn't respond. This morning when I got there I told her that my mom was on her way and her eyes opened. She still couldn't respond but you could tell she was listening. We got to say our goodbyes and then came back early this morning. We lost our last grandparent on this earth at about 6pm tonight. It is hard, however, I wouldn't have wanted her to suffer. She was comfortable and was able to see all of her grandchildren and children last night.

Grandma has four children Mom, Johnny, Debby and Sue. She has all four of them wrapped around her finger. Especially mom. Mom was so dedicated to her mother. For the last couple of years since she retired she has spent at least a week there every month. Sometimes 2 weeks. It always felt good to know that my grandma was in good hands. Grandma was kinda a joker and gave mom a hard time for making her walk or taking her medicine but deep down inside she appreciated it.

This is a picture of me and grandma last Christmas right before we left to come home. I look a little white trash, however it is the only picture I have on my computer of grandma. Jacob isn't in the picture because he had to work.

Nicole's family at Grandmas house. Grandma loved spending time with her Great Grandchildren and they loved to spend time with her also.

Denise and Mile with Grandma (Alia was there, she was just in Denise's belly).
Andrea's Family. Madison and Shane love Grandma Betty so so Much.
This is a picture with Grandma and all of her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Please Pray for Alia!

If you read Denise's blog she talked about how her daughter Alia is loosing weight. She spits up all the time and they thought it was acid reflux. She is going to Portland to go through some tests. She is an amazing, happy beautiful baby. We love her so much. Please keep her in your prayer for Denise and our whole family.

My friend Alicia is Amazing!!!!!

So to make a long story short, I wish we would have spent more time in Rexburg at the beginning of October. Instead we rushed off to Salt Lake and didn't get everything done we needed to. I don't know how many of you have tried to find a reasonable apartment via Internet and phone calls but it is bloody hard. We have had 3 or 4 places given to someone else because they live there and could get things in earlier. Luckily I have a little spy named Alicia and she is amazing and was our investigator. She has made two trips to the house we are going to live in to take pictures. It is a little hard to picture our lives in the apartment because it is so cramped. However if we organize things a little bit better I think we are going to have lots of room and love it!

This is the living room.

The Kitchen.

It seems like there are a ton of cupboards for all my crap (I mean wonderful kitchen gadgets). I like the window above the sink, and I love the bar.

The bathroom.

It seems like a decent size, however my favorite part is the..........

Shelves!!! How great is that. I can just picture cute baskets holding things!!!! Can you tell I bought a few magazines on organization. Our apartment now is so disorganized and it is starting to drive me nuts.

Our pantry and Laundry. I am loving it! I can't wait for my washer and dryer to be out of the bathroom.

Master Bedroom.
Again, I would arrange things a bit different!

Spare bedroom.

We are going to have a very cool couch that's kinda like a futon for our wonderful family and friends who want to visit. It will also be my craft room/Jacob's video game room. That is until we have a little one. Then it will be all theirs.

The closets are a little small but we will have to make due.

Don't worry we are o.k.!!!!!!!!

I can't believe how long it has been since I have blogged. So much has happened, and we have been so busy. I still haven't even posted my pictures of my handsome nephew Jayden. We had such a good time in Utah with Jacob's family. When I get my camera back from my sister Andrea I will post them.
On our way home from Utah I noticed that there was something wrong with our airbag on the passengers side. So Jacob took it into the shop and they told him the car had been in an accident prior to us buying it. So Kendall (Jacob's employer) said we should just shop for a new car.

Then about an hour later I get another phone call and it is Jacob telling me within the next two weeks he was going to be laid off. They said it was because we were moving. No matter the reason for being laid off it just sucks.
It will all work out it is just really stressful. With trying to pack, find a new apartment, a new job and move. On a lighter side Jacob and I decided that we deserved to go to a movie together for a date and so we decided to go to Eagle Eye!

It was fabulous. I would have to say it is one of the best movies of the year. It is so full of action, your mind is always busy. I laughed and cried, jumped and cringed. Anyway, until next time.

Going to Idaho!

Jacob and I are leaving for Idaho in a bit. We are excited to go talk to the school and finally figure out where we are going to live when we move there. It will be a fun trip. Jacob and I always have a good time on roadtrips.

Jacob and I on our walk home from dinner. It was so pretty.

Day 2: Driving and more driving.

My first trip to in and out and I must say it as delicious
This is what happens when you drive two days for eight hours and are stuck in the backseat with your husband

I saw an Albertsons truck and so I had to strike a pose for a picture.

Day 3: The Wonderful Sea World

Jacob and I so excited for our first day at Sea World.
A dolphin coming to say hi!

We decided to pay to feed them. It was so fun.
I love my husband. We were waiting for the Shamu show to start.
Mom and dad waiting. They decided to sit out of the splash zone.
Jacob and his starfish.
Me and mine.
Don't you wish you could be thrown in the air by a killer whale! I do.

I don't have that good of balance.

Waiting foe the Dollie the Dolphin show.

Super sun burnt and chilling.

I was pretty impressed.
Just riding a pilot whale, no big deal.

My husband is a mad good cook.

Day 4: Second day at Sea World

When we paid for our first day at Sea World we got a second day free, so we went two days in a row. We loved it.
We went to the Shamu show both days. It was super fun. The animals are seriously amazing.
This is a picture of the trainers doing the "Shamu Splash".
Jacob got into it too. It was so funny and he will probably kill me for telling you this but that night at the hotel he told me to do the signal for the shamu splash. So I did, and then he did a handstand and started splashing with his feet. He is so cute.
How far do you think Shamu can splash?
This far?

He can splash past row 16. We never got wet but people right in front of us did.
So cool.
Shamu waving hi

Waiting for the helicopter simulator
How cute is he.

Mom and I in the Arctic.
Jacob and I in a polar bear cave.
Striking a pose.
Just relaxing
This is what I would look like if I was hibernating
I thought this beluga whale was super pretty.

Jacob and I on the Atlantis. It was my first roller coaster ride ever. I think the second time was the worst because I knew what was going to happen.
Jacob on his third trip up the Atlantis.

This is the view of the Atlantis ride from the parking lot. While we were walking to the car we ran into the Oregon Eugene Mission President and his wife.
