I saw the cutest thing ever tonight. I was taking Madison to the bathroom and when we were washing her hands she spotted her Aunt Linda's hairbrush. I told her that she could brush my hair, she told me no and went and grabbed her cousin Cassie. Not only did she want Cassie to sit a certain way, but Cassie had to get her hair wet to brush it. She imitates her mom in every way. She puts the hair pretty (rubber band) in her mouth and bites on it because she knows her mom does. Well, really her mom puts it in her mouth as all of us woman know to separate it and to get a grip. If Madison can't get the rubber band to work, she makes a fist and grunts in anger. She then moved onto brushing Grandpa's hair, for those of you who have never seen my dad, he is 77 and has no hair. Then onto Aunt Linda, however Aunt Linda did not want to get her hair wet so she moved back to Cassie. The cutest thing I have seen in a very long time.

Madison the Hairstylist

Linda's Visit
So, my amazing sister from California Linda was in town for a visit and so we all went to Mom and Dad's house for dinner. We had a lot of fun as you can tell by the pictures! I have the best family ever.

Hanging with the Hendersons
Isn't this picture the cutest. Hallie loves pulling Jaxon and he loves it, he just kicks back relaxes and enjoys the ride. Jaxon is only one and he can actually drive the 4-wheeler too. He just gets on his tippy toes to push the pedal.
Hallie is too cute. She loves her 4- wheeler and looks tough driving it. She is all girl though. She is so fun, after dinner we were getting ready to go to the basketball courts and I told Hallie that I loved her. She said, "I love you too" then she ran over and gave me a hug. Hallie makes you feel so special.
Jaxon is so cute. He just turned one on August second. He just sits in his little car chilling and enjoying the ride.
Here is a behind view of Hallie & Jaxon, I think that Hallie looks so old. It is hard to believe that she is only three. A very young driver.
Jacob and I were a little parched after playing basketball and hanging out. We decided that it was a great time for a picture. I don't think that I would use it on the Christmas card.
Wizard
There isn't much to say about Mr Robert Henderson. He is a funny funny man and can make any game fun. He kept us laughing the whole time (3 hours).
Doesn't she look cute, she should be a model. I am sure that whatever company makes the game Wizard could use her for their advertisement. Heather had a little bit of a hard time remembering the rules of the game. Jacob had to keep reminding her of them. Just kidding, she wasn't cheating she was just a little confused.
Jacob took this game seriously, he couldn't even look up for one minute so his amazingly beautiful wife could take a picture of him. He didn't really need concentration because he stomped on us. This was the first time Jacob and I played, he won and I lost. Isn't that great.
Happy Birthday Jacob
So, Jacob turned 25 on the 25th of August. I decided to throw him a surprise birthday party at his favorite pizza parlour Abby's. Jacob was totally surprised, which is amazing because it is hard for me to keep secrets from him. For Christmas and his birthday's I have always give him his presents early because I can hardly contain the suspense.

Lots of the family turned out for the party. Thanks to all of them coming it made the surprise even better. One of my best friends Heather Henderson also came with her son Jaxon. It was a surprise to me but we were so glad to have them.

Jacob couldn't leave the party without playing his favorite hunting game. You don't even understand how much he loves this game. He plays it every time he sees it, whether it be at the movies, pizza parlour or even at the hotel on our honeymoon. It is always a good time to play.

My pirate birthday present
So for all of you that don't know I love pirates. I remember watching the very first pirates of the Caribbean movie with Ashley Whipple and thinking, man I want to be a pirate. Now I know you are all laughing, but this is not fun and games this is serious. I have many different pirate items, however my very favorite is my newest addition. For my birthday my hubby bought me a pirate Build-A-Bear. His name is Goldtooth, he came equipped with a parrot & sword. Jacob and I added the black hair for looks. I love it! The best present I could have asked for.
Happy 26th birthday to me!!!!
So on the 11th of August, I turned 26. I know, now I am over a quarter of a century. I'm sad, I kinda feel old. It was a good day, I slept in and just hung out at home during the day with Jacob. We went to watch Transformers with Mom & Dad and then on to dinner at Mcgrath's, my favorite restaurant. I have the best husband a girl could ever ask for and awesome parents. They made the night fun!

My cute nephew Benjamin
I just wanted to let everyone know how cute my nephew is. His name is Benjamin Andrew McCluskey and he is seven months old. He was born three months early at 3 lbs 3oz. I just love him so much. He is such a blessing to our family. He is now rolling over, eating baby food, and laughing. Here are a few cute pictures I took of him at my birthday party.

New to the blog world

Don't you hate when you start something new and your thinking, "What the heck am I doing?" That is totally how I feel right now. It may take me a bit to get all the kinks out. Life is good here, just busy with work and school. Still totally in love, our marraige couldn't be any better. Well, maybe one thing would make it better (Kids)! :) I've decided that I wouldn't be upset if I was never asked to be a bridesmaid ever again. It is such a headache, trying to find modest dresses. Then you find one, buy it, have it shipped to you and it is the wrong size. Guys have it easy, all Jacob had to do was to get his sizes and everything else is cake.
