Mom and Dad's Visit

This post is a little late, we have just been so so busy. We have midterms this week so we have been studying a ton. It has been in the 80's too so I think I am going to do homework outside today, that should be fun. Anyway, back to the whole purpose of the post, my wonderful parents. We had such a good week, although we still had school, homework and test we had a wonderful visit.
On Friday we went to the temple for a session with Mom and Dad. This is a picture of me with my new haircut on our way out of the house. Mom and Dad were able to go to the temple a few times while they were here while we were at school. Mom and I also walked up to the temple a couple of times because it is just up the street. Mom and I exercised everyday she was here(Outside), it was nice. Now I am back to going to the gym and doing workouts at home (By myself). Do any of you feel bad for me yet? You shouldn't, our gym is free and super nice so we are pretty lucky.
My super cute mom on the way to the temple. She is so skinny now, I am so proud of her, she has been working so so hard.
As most people know I love to take pictures of myself. So in honor of my obsession here is one. I will not bore you with all twenty. That is right, I took 20 pictures in the time it took us to go less then a mile.
On Saturday morning before Jacob and I headed to the testing center we all went to coco bean for breakfast. That's right we went to a cupcake cafe for breakfast. we had been so good all week we deserved it. This is Mom, Me and Jacob in front of the awesome cupcakes. They are so good. (For those of you living in Provo, they are building one there now. Right now the only Coco Bean is in Rexburg because the family lives here.)
Mom and Dad's peanut butter cup cupcake. It had peanut butter frosting, Madagascar chocolate cupcake and reeses peanut butter cup pieces in the middle. The picture does not do them justice. They are huge and we usually just eat them with a fork like a piece of cake. Perfect for sharing. Mom and Dad also got love potion hot chocolate, my favorite. They have gourmet hot chocolate too.
Ours was a strawberry cheesecake cupcake. Madagascar chocolate cake, nutella on top, then a raspberry topping on that, then cream cheese frosting and a raspberry to top it all of. So yummy.
We went to Idaho Falls to the greenbelt for a walk and lunch. It was such a pretty day.

Jacob wanted me to pose in front of the temple so I did. It is kinda a silly picture.

We had such a good week and I am so blessed to have such amazing parents. Jacob tells me all the time how lucky he is for great in-laws. I am happy he finally has a father figure in his life. Even though it is so late in life I know having my dad for a role model is awesome. We love my parents and are so glad that they took the time to see where we lived and spent time with us.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

I love my Mom so much and I am so lucky to have her. I can only hope one day when I have children that I will be like my Mom. I know this Mother's day is going to be hard for her because we recently lost our Grandma. My Grandma was such an amazing person and a great Mother and I know that she taught my Mom how to be a good Mother. Although we live far way from my parents right now I still call her almost everyday. We have such a great bond, and I love her very much.
One of my favorite pictures from my wedding. Without my Mother I probably wouldn't have made it through all that happened. She was my strength, during those trying times.
I waled over to Bonnie's the Sunday it snowed and my mom was watching the kids. I just thought this picture was super cute of her.
Mom with Chris on the Butte to Butte, we have been doing it as a family for a very long time. Now because we are all married the group has gotten pretty big and we are spread out throughout the walk .

Mom on the ship we were having tour on in San Diego. Again another picture I thought was super cute. We had the opportunity to go to San Diego with my parents last September. It was such an enjoyable time and perfect timing since we were planning on moving to Idaho. My parents are the best, we had a blast with them.

Mom and me at the Balboa Park. Yes we have matching shirts, I know...
